If you live or work in West Palm Beach and need a Florida-issued document apostilled — for foreign citizenship, an overseas closing, a work visa, school enrollment, or any other use abroad — My Florida Apostille is the local service that handles the entire process for you. Our customer-facing office is at 500 S Australian Ave, Suite 600, three blocks from the Palm Beach County Courthouse in downtown West Palm Beach. Three blocks from Clematis Street, two blocks from the Brightline station, and just minutes from I-95 and the Royal Park Bridge.
An apostille is the form of authentication required when you need to use a U.S. document in another country that's a member of the 1961 Hague Convention. For Florida-issued documents, only the Florida Department of State in Tallahassee can issue an apostille — no other agency, no notary, no courthouse, no consulate. The state's standard mail-in turnaround is five to seven weeks. Our turnaround is five to seven business days. We do that by walking every single document into the apostille counter in Tallahassee in person.
For West Palm Beach residents, we offer three ways to use the service. You can drop your documents off in person at our downtown WPB office, hand them to a real apostille specialist, and pick up the finished apostille at the same office 5–7 business days later — by appointment, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM. If driving downtown isn't convenient — or you're working from home, hosting a closing, or just don't have the time — our mobile pickup service covers all of West Palm Beach and the surrounding Palm Beach County area. We come to your home or office for a flat $30 fee, take your documents in a secure folder, file them at FL DOS, and deliver the apostille back to your door. And of course, our online order option is always available — useful if you're traveling, out of town, or just prefer to handle it digitally.
Same $190 per document, same 5–7 day turnaround, no matter which option you pick. Every order — no matter how it reaches us — gets walked in person to the Florida Department of State by our Tallahassee back-office team at 113 S Monroe Street, half a mile from the FL DOS apostille counter.
Every week we help dozens of Palm Beach County residents authenticate their documents for use abroad. These are the most common reasons.
Italian citizenship (jure sanguinis) is one of the most common reasons we apostille birth, marriage, and death certificates in West Palm Beach. Polish, Irish, Portuguese, German, and Lithuanian dual citizenship applications also require apostilled Florida-issued vital records.
West Palm Beach residents buying property in Mexico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, or Spain need an apostilled power of attorney for the closing. We can notarize the POA at the same pickup appointment.
FDLE background checks, diplomas, marriage certificates, and birth certificates for work visas in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Korea, China, and most European Union member states.
Marriage in another country usually requires an apostilled birth certificate, FDLE background check, and a notarized "single status" affidavit. Florida couples planning destination weddings in Italy, Greece, Mexico, and the Caribbean rely on us regularly.
Diplomas and transcripts from Florida high schools, colleges, and universities — including FAU, PBA, Palm Beach State College, and Lynn University — must be apostilled before they can be submitted to foreign universities or credential evaluators.
Articles of incorporation, certificates of good standing, certificates of authority, and notarized corporate resolutions for opening foreign bank accounts, registering subsidiaries, or qualifying to do business in another country.
All three options end the same way — your apostilled documents back in your hands in 5–7 business days, filed in person at the Florida Department of State.
Best for WPB residents who prefer face-to-face. Drop off downtown, pay at the counter, pick up the finished apostille at the same office.
For WPB residents who don't want to leave home or the office. We pick up at your address, file it, deliver it back. Just $30 more.
For when you're traveling, out of town, or just prefer to handle it digitally. We email you a FedEx QR code — drop at any FedEx.
Not sure which fits? Call (850) 900-3443 — most calls take 5 minutes.
Birth Certificates. The most common apostille we process for West Palm Beach. Must be a certified copy issued by the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics or by the county vital records office where the birth occurred. Hospital "souvenir" birth certificates and photocopies cannot be apostilled. If you were born in Palm Beach County, certified copies are available from the Palm Beach County Health Department vital records office or by mail order from the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics in Jacksonville. We can advise on the correct copy at drop-off or before pickup.
Marriage Certificates. Must be a certified copy from the Florida Clerk of Court in the county where the marriage was recorded. For West Palm Beach marriages, that's the Palm Beach County Clerk & Comptroller. Photocopies, marriage license memorabilia, and church-issued certificates cannot be apostilled — only the certified court record.
FDLE Background Checks. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement background check is required by most foreign governments for work visas, residency applications, and adoption proceedings. The FDLE certified result, on official FDLE paper with the embossed seal, can be apostilled directly. We can apostille your FDLE results the same week you receive them.
Diplomas & Academic Transcripts. Diplomas from Florida high schools, colleges, and universities — including Palm Beach State College, Florida Atlantic University (FAU), Palm Beach Atlantic University, Lynn University, and Keiser University — can be apostilled if they're notarized by the registrar or by a Florida notary. Official sealed transcripts follow the same rule: notarization first, then apostille.
Powers of Attorney. A Florida-notarized power of attorney is one of the most common documents we apostille for West Palm Beach clients buying foreign property or handling foreign legal matters. The POA must be notarized by a Florida-commissioned notary (in person — not remote online notarization), with a complete notarial certificate in English.
Affidavits, Declarations & Single Status Letters. Sworn statements notarized in Florida — often required for foreign marriages, custody matters, immigration cases, and adoption proceedings. Must be original (not a photocopy) and properly notarized.
Corporate Documents. Articles of incorporation, certificates of good standing, certificates of authority, corporate resolutions, and certificates of formation issued by the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz) or notarized by a Florida notary.
Divorce Decrees & Death Certificates. Certified copies from the Florida Clerk of Court (divorce) or the Florida Bureau of Vital Statistics (death) can be apostilled. Photocopies and uncertified records cannot.
The same procedure for every West Palm Beach apostille — whichever option you choose.
Drop off at our WPB office, schedule a mobile pickup at your address, or order online — whichever fits your schedule.
Hand them to us at the office, give them to our pickup specialist, or drop your FedEx envelope. Same destination either way.
Our Tallahassee back-office team walks your documents in person to the Florida Department of State counter.
We return the finished apostille the same way you sent it. 5–7 business days, every order.
West Palm Beach is the county seat of Palm Beach County, home to roughly 117,000 residents and the cultural and commercial center of the Treasure Coast region. With the Palm Beach International Airport, the Brightline high-speed rail station, and the Port of Palm Beach all within minutes of downtown, the city is one of the busiest international gateways in South Florida — which is why so many residents need documents authenticated for use abroad.
Our downtown West Palm Beach office sits in the heart of the city's professional district at 500 S Australian Ave, Suite 600 — surrounded by law firms, accounting practices, and the Palm Beach County Courthouse. We serve clients throughout the city's neighborhoods including El Cid, Northwood, Flamingo Park, SoSo (South of Southern), Flagler Park, Westgate, Pleasant City, and Belair, as well as nearby municipalities in Palm Beach County such as Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Greenacres, Riviera Beach, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton.
Our mobile pickup service reaches every one of those municipalities for a flat $30 per order. Whether you're in a high-rise downtown, a single-family home in Wellington, an office park near PGA Boulevard, or a beachfront condo in Singer Island, we come to you. For West Palm Beach specifically, most pickups happen within 60 to 90 minutes of your confirmation call.
Three options. Same 5–7 business day turnaround. Same in-person filing at the Florida Department of State. Pick the one that fits your week.

By using myfloridaapostille.com or our apostille service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
My Florida Apostille is an independent document service that facilitates apostille processing through the Florida Department of State on behalf of customers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Florida Department of State, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency. We are a private business providing convenience services.
You agree to:
Our standard turnaround is five to seven business days from the moment we receive your documents at our office. This timeline depends on third-party factors outside our control, including FedEx transit times and the Florida Department of State's processing schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, state offices, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If the Florida Department of State rejects your document, we will contact you within one business day to discuss options. Some rejections can be resolved same-day at the counter; others require new documents from the issuing agency. Rejections do not entitle you to a refund of the state filing fee or our service fee, because both the fee and the labor have been performed.
Documents shipped via FedEx are insured up to $100 by default. For irreplaceable documents, you may purchase additional FedEx Declared Value coverage at the time of drop-off. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit beyond FedEx's published insurance coverage.
Payment is due at the time of order placement and is processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
All content on myfloridaapostille.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of My Florida Apostille and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, missed deadlines, or visa application denials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We want every customer to be satisfied. Because our service involves third-party fees and irreversible work performed on your behalf, refunds depend on when you cancel.
To request a refund, contact us by:
Include your order number (from your confirmation email) and a brief explanation. We will respond within one business day.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the refund.
If your documents are damaged or lost in transit by FedEx, FedEx insurance applies (default $100, or up to the Declared Value coverage you purchased). We will work with you to file a FedEx claim. Our service fee is non-refundable in these cases because the loss occurred outside our control.
If you have questions about our refund policy before placing an order, please contact us — we'd rather answer questions upfront than handle refunds later.
