How a Florida articles of incorporation is used in Turkey
A Florida company that becomes a shareholder in a Turkish company, or opens a branch, registers with Türkiye's trade registry, which expects proof the foreign company exists. Certified articles from the Florida Division of Corporations, apostilled and translated into Turkish with notarial approval, are part of that file, usually with a certificate of status and a resolution naming the company's representative. Turkish practice often uses an activity certificate (faaliyet belgesi), which Florida doesn't issue; ask your Turkish lawyer which Florida documents fill that role.
Getting a articles of incorporation Florida will apostille
An original certified copy issued by the Division of Corporations; not a Sunbiz printout or photocopy, and not a notarized copy, since Florida notaries can't attest copies of public records. Add certified amendments, name changes or conversions if the company's current name or structure differs from the original filing.
Request a certified copy from the Division with the entity name, document number, document type and filing date. The Florida Department of State also accepts a certified-copy request filed together with the apostille request, paid with two separate checks, which we can file for you. The Division's own fee (listed at $8.75 for a corporation and $30 for an LLC at this writing) is not included in our $220.

Who receives it in Turkey — and translation
Turkish consulates register civil-status events in Türkiye's civil registry (nüfus). In Türkiye, the Presidency of Migration Management handles residence permits, the land registry (Tapu) handles property, notaries and civil courts of peace issue certificates of inheritance, municipal marriage offices handle weddings, YÖK handles degree equivalence, and the trade registry handles companies. The Consulate General of Türkiye in Miami serves Florida.
Turkish offices expect a Turkish translation. Turkish consulates in the U.S. accept a translation by a sworn translator, certified by a U.S. notary and apostilled, which matches our rule: certified by the translator, notarized by a different notary and apostilled in Florida. In Türkiye, a sworn translator's translation approved by a Turkish notary is the alternative. Ask the Turkish consulate in Miami whether the translator must be registered on its list.
Municipal marriage offices commonly treat documents as valid for 6 months (180 days). Other offices set their own limits, so order fresh certified copies close to filing.
